PRINTING United Legislative Fly-In

APRIL 13-14 2027 | WASHINGTON, D.C.

PRINTING United LEGISLATIVE FLY-IN

The PRINTING United Alliance Legislative Fly-In is an annual signature government affairs invite-only event that brings printing industry leaders together for a powerful program of public policy education, issue advocacy, interaction with members of Congress and networking events. During the Fly-In you will meet with your representatives on Capitol Hill or their senior staff, discuss the pressing issues that are affecting your business, and help PRINTING United Alliance to positively impact the policymaking process.

Recommended attendees are Alliance members that serve as Presidents/CEOs and other C-Suite executives that are interested in advocacy to promote and protect the printing industry. The highlight of the event is the in-person lobbying meetings on Capitol Hill that allow you to take your company’s story directly to decision-makers in Congress. Nothing hits home for an elected official quite like a visit from a constituent. Your participation does make a difference and allows us to build positive relationships with members of Congress, as well as educate members of Congress on our issues.

We look forward to collectively voicing our support for an industry advocacy agenda that benefits the printing industry. Please plan to join us in 2027 to voice your support in Washington, D.C.

What People Are Saying About The Fly-In

Roger Chamberlain
AVP, Cincinnati Insurance
This was my first time (finally) attending a legislative fly in. The event was well organized and insightful and raised the awareness of how critical it is to share the true business impact and knowledge with US Representatives and Senators that is not necessarily included in non-industry conversations.
Dan Crownover
President, Texas Nameplate
The Printing Industry Legislative Fly-In is a key moment for our industry to come together, be heard, and help shape our future. Building relationships is everything, and engaging directly with our elected officials creates lasting value for the printing community.
Jason Ahart
VP Production Operations, Moss, a Vomela Company
I attended the legislative fly-in, which was a great opportunity to collaborate with my peers across the industry. Together, we addressed key issues facing our sector and presented them directly to our representatives on Capitol Hill. Having the chance to serve as a voice for the printing industry was a true honor, and I believe it will help strengthen our industry's future.
Stephanie Schaeffer
Owner, ASI
I was thrilled to return to Printing United for my second year at the fly-in and to continue advocating for the many family-owned and small businesses that make up our industry. When we collectively share with our congressmen and senators why these issues matter to printing and promo, our voices carry further, and they represent countless businesses beyond our own. Working together is essential to ensuring these industries remain strong and vibrant for future generations.
Deborah Hutcheson
Director of Business Development, Agfa
Being part of the 2026 PRINTING United Alliance Legislative Fly-In was one of the best experiences I've had in awhile. It was exciting to educate and share our passion for the printing industry with Congress and to advocate our position on 3 bills that could have an impact on print. It felt good to be part of a grassroots initiatives to drive policies for print. I encourage everyone in the printing industry to step out of your normal routine and lift up your voice to support the future of print by joining the Legislative Fly-In.
